Esk Pod

Esk Pod is one of three luxury glamping pods at Ravenglass Walled Garden Glamping, a purpose-built development set in its own walled garden. Ravenglass village sits on an estuary where three rivers meet, and the pods are named after each of them — this one after the River Esk, which comes down through Eskdale. All three pods offer the same fantastic facilities inside.

About the space

The pod is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. It is fully connected to electricity and water, offers plenty of sockets, and is fitted with full underfloor heating to keep it cosy in all weathers.

An ensuite bathroom with a fully flushing toilet, handbasin and electric heated shower.

A fitted kitchen with a single electric oven, two-ring halogen hob, integrated fridge with small freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cooking and dining implements.

A full-size double bed with charging points and reading lights, wardrobe space with a small hanging rail, a fold-away dining table seating four, and a full-size double sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests, adults or children.

Outside there is a seating and dining area and a luxury wood-fired hot tub, plus wi-fi throughout and a private car park with space for up to two cars per pod. Electric car charging points are available within the car park.

Where you will be

Located right on the doorstep of Ravenglass, all the local treasures and sights of the area are a walk away and waiting to be explored — with a wood-fired hot tub to relax in after the journey. Set in its own walled garden, it is the perfect base for exploring the Western Lakes by car or by train.
